Echo took one last glance at the kit as she left. Once the kit was gone she sighed. She felt like it all went by so fast...one moment Ravenpelt had woken her up for her first training...now she was going to have an apprentice of her own soon.

Cloverpelt watched her leave. She remembered when Echoheart was a kit, like Leopardkit. She smiled. This made Cloverpelt feel old.
