The same monster came to a stop the spot Riverstipe went missing. A twoleg took a black tom out in a pet carrier and opened the door. The feline was named One, his original name was Riverstripe. He was very different. His attitude had changed, too.

Echoheart sat next to the tall tree. She wished she could have stopped the twolegs or even stop Riverstripe for trying to leave. She imagened the things the twolegs had probably done to him. Echoheart suddenly scented a the strong scent of monster and saw the twolegs take the carrier out and open it. Her eyes widened when she saw the black tom.

His claws dragged along as he entered the forest. One looked at his surrondings, spotting Echoheart. He growled, running swiftly toward her. The monster and twolegs were gone. But he carried a faint scent of his homeclan.

Echoheart look at the tom. "Riverstripe...?" She mewed. Though she could smell LeafClan faintly on him, it didn't seem possible to have been Riverstripe.

Echoheart was confused as well. If it was Riverstripe she would be driving out a fellow warrior... but it wasn't she would be letting a rogue into LeafClan territory. She closed her eyes for a moment. "Do you know anything about this place?" or remember...
