She had a "hard" look in her eyes as she looked at the apprentice, the the intruder. "If she's not gone by dawn tomorrow, I will have to report you to your mentor and Clamstar. Understand?" she mewed without sympathy for the cat.

Echopaw nodded. "Okay..." She looked away. Shame filled her body. I hope I'll still be able to even be an apprentice now. Echopaw started to pad away, then waited for Night.

She signaled for Echopaw to go back to camp. "I will talk to this tribe cat." she mewed. "Go back to camp and clean dens." she mewed to Echopaw.

"O-Okay..." Echopaw turned around and head for camp. Her tail dragging againest the forest floor. Her head faces down at the ground. How could I be so stupid to think I could lead a tribe catbackhome...when I barely know my own clans territory? She thought as she padded slowly back through the forest.

I sat outside my den sunning myself. I hadnt got to rest in days. My head flew up when I saw the dissapointment in Echopaws eyes.
